Flabby Arms - 3 Great Tips to get Rid of Bat Wings!

Do you have flabby arms? You know that upper part of your arm that shows when you go sleeveless? Another name for this is Bat Wings. If you have bat wings, the good news is, that this area of your body responds quite quickly to exercise. Here are 3 great moves, to get those sexy, sculpted arms.

Do these as often as you can, then I dare you to go Sleeveless!

1. Swimming.. I found this to be one of the best ways to reduce that upper arm flab. By using your arms to do the crawl, or the breast stroke, or just simply propelling yourself forward, you are getting full arm resistance exercise, without the pain, and as an added bonus you burn a lot of calories too!

2. Kayaking or canoeing or rowing a boat.. Using the paddles works those upper arms, and gives you strength and definition. You will soon see less jiggle from flabby arms.!

3. Walking with poles. Go for a hike, or a walk, and find yourself a good walking stick and use it. As you hike up hills and paths, your arms will get a good workout while stabilizing you during your walk or hike.

The bonus to all of this, is that you will also feel stronger, able to lift more, and you will notice in as little as two weeks, the definition forming in those upper arms and shoulders.

If you are feeling really strong after the above exercises, then why not take a kickboxing class or get a video. Throwing punches is a great way to burn off calories and get those arms moving. Bonus: Great stress reliever.. and watch those flabby arms disappear before your eyes.

Sea Eagle 385FTK_DLX Sea Eagle 385Ft Fast Track Kayak Deluxe Package

Sea Eagle 385FTK_DLX Sea Eagle 385Ft Fast Track Kayak Deluxe Package

$1498.95

Our NEW Sea Eagle 385ft FastTrack was born to explore large lakes with secluded islands long meandering rivers intimate salt marshes with winding water passages inland bays hidden ocean coves. The secret of this new design is the outside drop stitch keel in the bow and the large skeg in the stern. These features combine to limit the yaw (the sideways movement when using a double end paddle) of this kayak and create unparalleled bite on the water. When the paddler takes a paddle stroke on the left or right side the drop stitch keel in bow acts as a block against the natural yaw of the kayak while the skeg keeps the kayak tracking forward. This bite propels the kayaker forward more efficiently because the natural yaw of the kayak is contained resulting in greater speed and a straighter course in other words the fastest way is the straightest line. A very important feature is the high pressure drop stitch floor. It provides rock solid rigidity to the whole structure of the kayak making it very responsive to paddle strokes. The drop stitch floor even makes this kayak rigid enough to be used as a Standup Paddle Board. The Sea Eagle 385ft FastTrack Kayak can be paddled for many miles and many hours with little effort. It will go straight in whatever direction you want and it will hold a course no matter at what angle you are paddling in relation to the wind. This new design is truly a breakthrough in the evolution of inflatable kayaks. Standard Features:. NMMA Certified. 2 High capacity selfbailing drain valves. Front rear spray skirts with storage below and elastic rope lacing for additional storage above. Separate inner High Pressure Drop Stitch floor for greater rigidity. Large removable skeg at rear to control yaw and improve speed. Outside drop stitch high pressure keel at bow for true tracking. 6 Drings to secure seats for one or two person use. Bow and Stern grab handles . Hull material completely resistant to sun saltwater. N

High Quality Content by WIKIPEDIA articles A kayak (sometimes generalised as a canoe) is a small humanpowered boat that traditionally has a covered deck, and one or more cockpits, each seating one paddler who strokes a doublebladed paddle. The cockpit is covered by a spraydeck (skirt) that keeps the inside of the boat (and the paddlers lower body) dry. The spraydeck or similar waterproof covering attaches securely to the edges of the cockpit, preventing the entry of water from waves or spray, and making it possible, in some boats, to roll the kayak, capsizing and righting the boat without it filling with water or ejecting the passenger.
