kayaking! for me its my favorite sport and i think the sport i am greatest at, kayaking is a sport that has been around for a long time and is very popular and helps people to get to A to B and is a sport for people who are paralyzed from the waist down and for some people its just really fun!
the first time i started kayaking i was only 12 years old and i suddenly had a nac for it and i just wanted to do it again and again, it was the perfect sport for me. once i was pretty good at the pool where i first started out i was asked to start going to the river and i did, i loved my first time on the river so much i went out and bought myself a play boat/kayak it is called a piranhas rev.
the thrill of surfing a wave is the best feeling you can get and the excitement you can get from river running is simply amazing as you kayak down the huge rappids each wave trying to flip you over and sometimes it will but then you roll back up an you keep on going fighting to stay up and when you are at the end you think to yourself "i want to do that again!!"
if you are a kayaker or you want to start kayaking then you will find that this is most likely the sport for you, its an amazing sport and i guarantee you will love it and hopefully you'll see me on the river.
play boating is a bit different instead of going down the river rapids you stay on it and you play on it by doing tricks such as (flips,cartwheels, and alot more) you will tend to see alot of play boaters such as myself doing alot of tricks on a wave a stopper or even on flat water its a really hard sport to master and it is easier to get flipped over by the river because a play boat is much smaller than any normal kayak and is shaped so you can get the most out of it.
you can start out on either the river or in the pool its easy search the internet for clubs around you ,you will be sure to find a plce just right for you.
